INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER ISM

Due to our commitment for further growth in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, EXODUS is looking for; an International Sales Manager EMEA

The ideal candidate will be a member of our International Business Unit and responsible for:

  • Developing growth in the assigned regions
  • Developing products sales plans and defining appropriate strategies and controlling its implementation;
  • Investigating and foreseeing market evolution, anticipating necessary measures to adapt to new tendencies;
  • Establishing, in cooperation with management, pricing policy, sales conditions and distribution channels;
  • Negotiating sales contracts with main accounts;
  • Conducting presentations and training distributors, representatives and end-users

Required Skills:

  • University degree 
  • Proven track record in international sales of software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team spirit
  • Highly self motivated
  • Analytical thinker, able to new ways, new processes
  • Well developed negotiation skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel abroad

Desired Skills:

  • Proven track record in international sales in the banking & financial industry
