Due to our commitment for further growth in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, EXODUS is looking for; an International Sales Manager EMEA
The ideal candidate will be a member of our International Business Unit and responsible for:
- Developing growth in the assigned regions
- Developing products sales plans and defining appropriate strategies and controlling its implementation;
- Investigating and foreseeing market evolution, anticipating necessary measures to adapt to new tendencies;
- Establishing, in cooperation with management, pricing policy, sales conditions and distribution channels;
- Negotiating sales contracts with main accounts;
- Conducting presentations and training distributors, representatives and end-users
Required Skills:
- University degree
- Proven track record in international sales of software
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Team spirit
- Highly self motivated
- Analytical thinker, able to new ways, new processes
- Well developed negotiation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel abroad
